There’s a case to be made that greater amounts of additives, particularly sweeteners that spike blood insulin levels are a contributory factor to rising cases of diabetes. So will the government improve the quality of food production as well or just dish out punishment? 🤔

No, juvenile diabetes is usually type 1, type 2 CAN occur earlier in life, but is driven more by lifestyle factors etc. There are also rarer, mono-genetically driven insulin disorders.

I guess I'm a bit pissy about the concept at the moment.
I'm currently a chemo patient. During a recent hospital stay, I had to share a room with four (all unvaccinated) elderly ladies who all had either influenza, covid etc.
Horrendous. My situation is beyond my control, but theirs wasn't.

I would punish the antivax disinformation eejits and hold them accountable, plus improving IPC, vax policy, messaging, and education from govt.

This is an appalling scaremongering article as it doesn’t tell you exactly which services are being cut, where and for what reason. In the case of Type 1 diabetes this could just be the fact that certain privately provided online services are coming up for renewal and may be discontinued.
