I’m in the reverse position. Saw Sinners this weekend, and Thunderbolts is next. Sinners was incredible. How do you make a vampire movie stand out from the millions that came before it? They rose to this challenge brilliantly.

I’m glad to hear it. MBJ is going to have quite a career. I kinda side eyed the vampire premise but I’m intrigued due to everyone’s response.

Honestly, it feels reductive for me to call it a vampire movie even though it technically is. But it’s so much more than that with beautiful world building and something to say. I was excited to see Wunmi Mosaku from Loki in it.
