I grew up in Missouri and moved out six months ago. The GOP (Boss Hoggs) who run that state is deplorable -- even though the populations reside in St Louis and Kansas City and vote AGAINST these lunatics each and every time. I just had to leave. Amendment 7 in 2024 was the final straw.

Missouri did the same w Medicaid, after it was passed even though the majority of the $$$ were federal and if not used in Missouri the $ were just distributed to other states. It seemed they would rather see $$ go to other st than used on on their own! Gov Parsons refused to care about his ppl.
