I had an employee with the same problem of being late because of childcare. I went into the time clock, changed her start time. Problem solved. Loyal employee. I know it is different than being on an assembly line job or teaching, but employees need flexibility and will stay and work hard for it.

Same problem here in the Nebraska Panhandle. The radio stations are all conservative. The newspapers are owned by conservatives. The television stations are all owned by Sinclair. Internet service and cell service only exists in cities and is too expensive (almost no one has either). No cable.
