Yes, I fundamentally disagree with her view of the world and the constitution but she does seem to have some core principles beyond *MORE POWER*, unlike the rest of the conservative justices.
I may not agree with her on much but she does seem to have some very real principles that she lives by. I appreciate that in a Supreme Court Justice because it's pretty rare the farther one looks to the Right.
Let's all be thankful for this one. Private schools of any sort are just hotbeds of discrimination. The fact that they now want taxpayer dollars to fund their bias is just ridiculous. If you have enough believers in your prejudice, fund yourselves.
As someone still recovering from religious trauma, this is a HUGE win. I think most of our problems in this country stem from religions that promote racism and misogyny.
It’s disappointing we are in a time where half of the highest court in our nation would side with a concept so antithetical to our constitution. We are all in jeopardy.
I have no objection to any Religious group setting up an Education facility. So long as they don't ask for public taxpayers money. Seek Charitable status. And pay the appropriate fees to the Country or State they establish themselves in.

So they put the theocracy off for right now, but the oligarchy will continue...
I would say that is a win too. You know that Thomas and Alito wouldn't have blinked at sitting on the case like that.
News!!!
Based on the arguments it wasn't Kav, Alito, or Thomas, so I presume Gorsuch or Roberts.
Money is on Gorsuch.

And there are 4 pathetic and illegitimate #SCOTUS Justices that should be #Impeached for not knowing squat about the 1st Amendment.
