There are block lists published by people out there that you can subscribe to, which are pretty good at whacking a bunch of trolls at once. You can also block individuals by visiting their profile and clicking the 3 dot menu in the upper right next to the Follow button. Choose Block account.

There are block lists out there, although I don't personally maintain one. Other than that, you can go to the troll's profile. In the upper right-hand corner click the 3 dot menu and select Block. It takes me about 2 seconds.
