Rant warning.Why do people say 'baby' cow, deer, horse, cat, etc.? Maybe it sounds cuter than calf, fawn, foal or kitten? Also, a baby cow might actually be a bull calf and thus not a cow at all (neither is a heifer calf). Anyone got ideas? Just trying to muse on something other than politics.🙃
