Don't mean anyone singularly but I think the fan media channels as-a-whole helped push him out the door. Gleefully latching onto that MLS website shenanigans is one instance. I wish they'd all came out saying "This Would Be An Absolute Tragedy, Our Younger Fans Adore The Ground This Guy Walks On"

Because people don’t all think the same way as you do. Celtic is our fairytale and our escapism. Off the pitch, football is mercenary, grubby and full of bullshit and lies. Kissing the badge whilst simultaneously working your ticket etc. So it’s, “If you’re not playing for Celtic, what use are you?”

Yeah there’s the classic instant revisionism but it’s no surprise really. Online, a player can be both Larsson-esque and Martin Hayes in one half of football. Kyogo will have almost universal best wishes but there’ll be a few vocal dissenters.

I always want them to do well wherever they go, but for me that’s mainly to do with the confidence other teams will have that Celtic players are worth the money - so really it’s just all about Celtic.
