If thugs with civilian vehicles, no uniforms & no IDs try taking people, treat these like kidnappings, because that's what they are. Law enforcement has always advised kidnapping victims/helpers to fight the fight RIGHT THERE, because once these people have been taken, they could be lost for good.
There are at least half a dozen cases of people impersonating ICE for the purpose of engaging in criminal activity like rape. You can but the identical gear online
