Totally grim - and should not be sanitised from replays. Even with myriad safety improvements the truth is that the Grand National is just too long. Barely a faller in first 2/3 race. Hate this annual spectacle

Apparently Broadway Boy is on his way home now and Celebre D’Allen is on his way to a livery yard to rest. Videos on Racing Post website. BB looks sore but sound; CA looking bright out grazing on the course.

I thought the same.
I fear for a horse who doesn’t immediately jump up and he didn’t, neither did Tom Bellamy.
I’ve heard nothing, which I don’t take as a good sign.
