I have never experienced "customer satisfaction" in a Starbucks. Oddly, taking a fictious name I give you in exchange for a tepid, badly brewed coffee has never convinced me that the process would be improved with automation.
Coffee is more than a flowery design over the foam.
Of COURSE IT HAS! Any biz fails when it jackhammers its own foundation. Starbucks' success was founded upon a cozy human experience of humans amongst humans. I hope every single one of the automated, soulless drive-through shops is boarded up before the Greatness Society of MAGA kills the company.
This only continues to show "soulless bottomline tactics" of replacing people with AI doesn't solve a company's problems and that they still need people to run the applications.
