...most UK/EU leaders see Trump as out of control, vindictive, and dangerous more than just an idiot. If you boiled it down to a single word, he's seen as a THREAT - to everything: the economy, democracy, alliances. What everyone know is he's untrustworthy; you can't do business with the USA.
Generally, the view from here (UK/Europe) has already moved beyond Trump/USA, which have rapidly become almost irrelevant. Now that leaders have seen what Trump is in crystal-clear terms, the main focus is on building alliances with other countries focussed on defining roles in the "post US" world.
Beyond his creating an opportunity for, even more, corruption; the root of much of Trump's foreign and trade policy is that so many heads of state and other high officials laughed at him at international conferences.
And some of them are good at hiding their laughter behind their hands...going off into another room to bellylaugh...."OMG what a fucking clown! He was elected? Who the hell is STUPID enough to vote for this twit? More twits!"
I dissagree . I think a lot of them see him for what he really is . And that is the guy who made possible the biggest fraud in human history. I think anyone who doesnt see that, still fall for his tricks
