How is it the DOJ’s fault that some dope of a Judge needs weeks to make a decision every other judge makes from the bench at the hearing or grants weeks long extensions to the defendant to appeal some bit of minutiae? Unless the DOJ has the right to remove judges and didn’t the foot dragging lays

I agree, however Garland wasn’t appointed until March of tyt year because of GOP foot dragging. Trump appealed everything and the courts took weeks and even months (I think the immunity decision took like 8 months) to make decisions. He should have been locked up for contempt any number of times

But wasn’t. Judge Canon should have been removed from the Florida case but wasn’t. She should be removed and disbarred now but will likely end up replacing Thomas or Alito. Fix the judicial system so an AG has a chance to get a conviction.

Attack Garland if you must but he’s not the biggest problem. The American court system and especially the SCOTUS is. No AG, regardless of the evidence, was going to get Trump behind bars with this SCOTUS in a position to keep him out. The immunity decision made that quite clear.

Don’t let Mitch McConnell off the hook either. He could have stopped this before Garland was even nominated by not stealing SCOTUS seats and by convicting Trump when he had the chance.
