I don’t know how it works. I’d love to see these people brought to justice, but I’ve watched over the last 10 years while Trump breaks the law time after time & has gotten away with it. So I’m rather skeptical that he or any of his Hench people will pay for any of this.

Absolutely right. Miller et all and the ICE goons will face accountability for their crimes against humanity but also for unconstitutional crimes. Yesterday's melee with 2 congressmen and a mayor shows how ICE has no regard for law or the constitution.
