Not exactly. The bill violates Senate procedure many times over. Senate GOP have promised they wouldn't move legislation that does that, but are reneging. Under the coward Schumer, it's not clear if the Senate Ds will force them GOP to go on record for blowing up Senate procedure.

This bill hasn’t made it out of committee even to the House floor. No, the senate can’t do anything until the House of Representatives, the entire 435 members; pass the bill. Budget committee has to decide yes or no based on how badly it blows up national debt. GOP wants deeper cuts to programs 4 U.
