SUPERMAJORITY!! So then said dictator's can do whatever they want or in this case whatever Putin wants since Trump looks up to Putin and someone for the Kremlin stated in the Russian state media that Trump is an agent for Russia.
But right now not much will happen since Trump doesn't have super majorities in both chambers of Congress. So the bill that'd replace income tax with a sales tax and abolish the IRS wouldn't pass considering he doesn't have a supermajority.
