That's deliberate actions, surely? You don't do that just because you misjudged a turn. That's either a stolen truck being vandalised, or someone has mightily p!ssed off a driver/employee enough that they've basically thrown their job/licence away.
I've heard a tale of a coach driver in a narrow London street with parked cars either side getting stuck. People came out to watch him, and when it was all too much he did this. But parked cars, unlike bollards, are not resilient.
I swear I've seen this with the explanation that he was stiffed a paycheck or something and did this in retaliation. May be wrong tho. You'd have to be a special kind of dumb to not notice
