I don’t believe the Oracle team takes requests. :) Some text is meant to enforce design intent at the time of a card’s release. Some cards just have to make sacrifices to play by today’s rules. I may be able to provide insight on specific cases. #WotCstaff

Cards with this kind of effect normally say "X can't be 0". I (and you and a lot of other people, of course) will say that the card will try and do as much as possible, but others will look at the card and still want to put the top card of their library into their hand. It is kinda weird though.

The others should read the card more closely. 😉 “Put one into your hand” means “one of the revealed cards.” If there are none, none go to hand. Cards with similar effects almost never have text that prevent no cards from being revealed. For example, Pillage the Bog with no lands. #WotCstaff

Oh I get it :) Mind you, sacrificing a creature with 0 power is a lot more likely than Pillaging with no lands and making raiders sad. IDK, old cards are weird!
