- Identify triggers and have a strategy to manage them.
- Soda water, wedge of lime and lots of ice.
- Create an exit plan in case you feel overwhelmed.

- Attend extra meetings if needed remember there are online meetings 24/7.
- Stay connected with friends in recovery or your sponsor, try not to isolate.
- Communicate your boundaries and needs with loved ones.
- Say no to unsafe events.
- Remember HALT get plenty of rest, hydrate and eat.
- Manage stress with mindfulness, exercise, meditation, or deep breathing
- Take time for activities that bring you peace and joy
