My personal addition to the recipe is to use pasteurized eggs since this is a no bake pie recipe calling for raw eggs. I use a sous vide & follow Babish's guide. Note it does add a bunch of time to the recipe if you don't prep the eggs in advance or purchase them already pasteurized 3/4
