300 pages? So you've only met the characters. I'm currently finishing World Without End and they're absolutely worth the time. Follett is one of my favorites.

It's an old school point & click adventure game with 3 characters. I believe it has multiple endings so the events of the book can change. I remember it being really cheap & having good voice acting
