Basically: I don’t think people understand that 36 hours from now it’s possible that America will have a formalized system for abducting enemies of the regime and stashing them in foreign gulags, indefinitely.

If he is not returned all bets are off.
In fact, ALL of the people that were send to El Salvador need to be returned for due process and either held in US or deported to home country.
