Angus and Chris Steakhouse fought, as brothers will. Angus, being ruthless, won their ancestral turf in London, while Chris moved to the US. Because he did have some ruths, he was known as Ruth’s Chris (it’s a grocer’s apostrophe). It’s pure coincidence that both brothers’ restaurants serve steak.
