You have to find all of the books out in Hallowfall and then answer the loremaster’s questions. If you don’t find the books, the correct answers won’t be offered to you. The toy is called Arathi book collection.

I so wish they would implement a “library” feature like the toy/mount tabs. We could see all the books / lore that we’ve come across in our travels.
