So maddening to see a once-fine paper demolished by its owner (kind of like how the federal government is being utterly destroyed right now by its billionaire chieftans). I regretfully cancelled my subscription to @washingtonpost.com after decades of readership.
Sad state of affairs at the Washington Post, however it may be time for the paper to end, or be purchased by someone that has a spine and is willing to speak truth to power.
Bezo cares for no one and has bought Trump and his agenda. He is suppressing free press and only allowing right winger propaganda. The Rich get richer the rest of us are “parasites”
What took her so long? Most people knew he was a disgusting Trump supporter months ago. She didn't know that? Did she think she would somehow be special so she went along with it until now. Ohhhh I see.
Sign of a true journalist as opposed to the talking heads on television who continually refuse to call out the Trump administration's extreme behavior. Either at the demands of the bosses like those at NBC, or because they don't want to lose their high-profile jobs.

Good for you Ruth Marcus. I wish you well.
The temptation to not self report is unilaterally understood as too great.
