Yes, UKR will need a new Constitution fairly soon. It must drop the NATO aspiration & recognize Crimea as no longer an autonomous part of UKR. Zelenskyy made it illegal to negotiate with Russia, this excluding himself. Zelenskyy must go for peace in Ukraine.
