Just remember these kids, who have been taught lies and no ability to discern truth, will want to go to college, get a job, go into the military, and run for public office someday. When we no longer value teaching children the truth, the society fails.
As far as history goes, we'll continue to seek Justice for Trump's crimes even after he's gone. And eventually expect he will be proven illegitimate. Fraud Trump
It's scary how the big lie that the 2020 election was stolen is now basically GOP gospel, not unlike the lost cause myth that the former confederacy pushed for generations. Oklahoma is the start of pushing it into children, but more states will likely do this.
We have enough conspiracies coming out of Washington from Trump and his cronies; now Oklahoma will teach children about the big lie of 2020. Trump lost!!! Case closed
Include the Jan. 6 select Committee hearings as part of what students are given so they can discern their own truth…..oh wait, that would imply that the goal is truthful discernment. My bad.
The GOP under Trump turned into a full-time propaganda operation fitting a dictator. Hitler went after the youth in Germany for a thousand year Reich. Trump and MAGA leaning followers are doing the same. They aren't waiting for the tyranny of the population to be completed. Trump is corrupting us.

Now you know why there are so many stupid people in the south
Teach math & science not conspiracy theories & ignorance!
Part of that hesitation likely stemmed from... threatened lawmakers who reject the standards with a primary opponent.
