Thanks! I was concerned a lot by the loss at first but I’m told that’s normal when you make a lot of big choices - I drank a ton of soda and cut way back, now drinking water, way way way less processed foods, calorie counting (safe level for BMI, etc), treadmill 3-5 times a week. Very proud! :)
Totally! I've done that time/amount once - also heard it's safe and normal if doing it like that, and it's a huge change (was for me too! was never taught healthy until it hurt!). Great to check tho 💙 Well done and congrats!
