@nateo2bsky.social found that BJU Press is STILL SELLING this thing which, per @quioui.bsky.social may well reference 19th Century theories of electricity.
On the flip, yesterday I just learned (from an MIT press release) about the decade-long research into the use of 40 Hz gamma radiation (via sound, visible spectrum light, etc.) for brain health - seem to stop or even reverse Alzheimers in mice. You can now get 40 Hz music on Youtube.
Are you familiar with the guy who drank so much Radithor (radium-laced water sold as a miracle tonic) that when he died he had to be buried in a lead lined coffin? That's my favorite morbid little anecdote from that era.
Yes! it's also in the article I shared further up the thread - with more trivia like the thing about the Radium Girls' corpses still being radioactive as well (I guess they didn't put them in lead-lined coffins so the radioactivity can be measured? yikes)
Yes, & you can see it and hear it as well - ever stood underneath high-tension wires & heard the hum? As for being able to see it, well - there are these things called "sparks", and anyone who welds knows quite well that a sustained spark from high amperage electricity can be used to melt metal...
My son is an electrician and has definitely felt and seen it. I think the goal is to dumb us all down and turn the country into a bunch of dumb, numb followers. It is so far past time to stand up!
By the way, I own several BJU "world history" texts - I bought them to research how BJU was re-introducing the "serpent seed" theory of human lineage. (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serpent_seed
Yeah, mocking this (eminently mockable) stuff was quite a cottage industry for a while. But I think the mockery may have blinded folks to the danger that this movement could achieve real political power.
We simply don't know how it works that they just flap their wings and... fly!
(just kidding. Speaking of which, have you ever seen the footage of the guy who jumped off the Eiffel Tower to test his parachute invention? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q145PDNndhs
