It indicates shitty programming. The program is not releasing memory as it should, thus it just keeps growing. Eventually it could crash that browser session

When I tried to sign in to https://ssa.gov, nothing seemed to happen, so I clicked the login button multiple times. Gut feeling is that UBlock Origin was blocking something important in the login process?

Compared with the terrible things we know about, I don't think this is very important. It looks like a poorly implemented web page on https://ssa.gov, that uses way too much memory. And it might be caused by my browser, its plugins, and other things happening yesterday.

My impression is that the "concepts of a plan" attitude leads to unforced errors, very poor optics in the long run, and certainly contradicts the administration's DEI position. Maybe that's the concept of the programmers.
