When you post something in public it's public. So she can block a person but that person can still read her public comments. She can always go to a private group and talk if she'd like. But what she can't do is block the guy and then talk shit about him publicly behind his back unbeknownst to him

I'm not sure I believe the account suspended for calling cisgender on x. I find that very hard to believe. And if someone is calling you names just block them. Doxing isn't cool. If they obtain the information illegally by hacking or it leads to threats it could be considered a criminal act.
