They are enjoying the reaction to cruelty. Disability classification alone should continue to meet work exemption requirements.
States can also apply exemptions on top of fed rules. It's going to be rough tho...

I'm on Ssi! I have 3 chronic illnesses. Most days, I'm in bed, not by choice but by necessity! I worked while I could! Just imagine those in wheelchairs or mentally disabled. They can't work! This is outrageous 😳

When I was on dialysis (1986-88 and again from 1999 to 2001), I had to go to a dialysis center about an hour from my house for roughly five hours three times a week. That meant I couldn't be in my classroom on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The cut in my pay made me eligible for SSDI.
