Well yes. Some experts were warning that one of the reasons NOT to bomb the sites was that the weapons-grade radioactive material would leak from the facilities and enter the local water table.

As far as footage from Iran leaks, the people celebrate the hits on the regime's infrastructure. Doesn't make it right to involve the US though. Hope any further strikes avoid hitting civilians, or the mood might shift.
