Everybody has the right of habeas corpus. Everybody.
All people.
They all promised and we all knew that they were all lying larger lies than any lies that were lied by liers before.
I would argue that anyone -in- the United States has habeas protections. Certainly, the Sixth Amendment makes no such differentiation.
(*notwithstanding rulings that SCOTUS pulls right out of their ass)
