The only way we can lend them the bunker busters needed to "finish the job" is to drop them ourselves from B-2s . GBU57 30k lb bomb cannot be dropped from any aircraft Israel has. Unless perhaps we helped them dominate the air so thoroughly that they could safely drop it out of the back of a C-130.

That tactic was used in the Nam. Rolled 2,000 pounders out the back of a Herc to create instant LZs for us to insert and extract troops. I've read that only the B-2 is heavy lift enough and that it would take a series of the bombs hitting the hole left by the previous one to penetrate deep enough.
