I grew up in the Lutheran church. My mom was actually the church secretary and we were friends with our pastor and his family. I went to Sunday school, VBS and took confirmation classes to get confirmed. We learned about the real Jesus, not GOP Jesus. There’s nothing Christ-like about MAGA or Trump.
