I think they are exempt from ULEZ (but god knows why), I don't think they are exempt from the congestion charge.

It's being whipped up by very distorted reporting by Clarkson, Farage, and the MSM.
As others have said, it's illegal to use red diesel on a public road, but the Met Police are too fucking scared and too deferential to the farmers.
Anyone else would be prosecuted.

The tractors here regularly go for £150k-£250k *used*.

Conservative estimate is that there is around £20m worth of agricultural machinery causing Just Stop Oil style traffic disruption.
