Seriously, if you can't handle a trans kid, don't have kids! And you can substitute the word trans for a whole heap of other stuff you don't get to decide; your love should be unconditional - as I saw someone say on here recently, it's not fucking build-a-bear!

I think about people in your position every time I see parents refer to their trans kids as 'dead to them' - I have no understanding of it at all.
