Seriously- to check who they voted for?? What’s next - shooting them with truth serum or taping eyes open and blinding their eyes?? How can this be in the USA???
Yes, ideally if every case was lost but that's not happened. There are several large cases that they've actually won, for example The federal courts ruled they could hold up grant money to any schools that have dei policies for training
I suggest that every federal employee who might face polygraph screening download and share with others a copy of https://AntiPolygraph.org's free book, The Lie Behind the Lie Detector, which pulls back the curtain on this pseudoscience: https://antipolygraph.org/pubs.shtml
When will the @americanbar.org begin an investigation into our AG? She’s most definitely not upholding ANY oath she took upon obtaining her license to practice law.
The ABA does not oversee discipline of attorneys. Each state licenses attorneys to practice in that state. The State bar associations (supervised by the highest court in that state) regulate attorneys, NOT the American Bar Association, which is just a professional association.
If the poly is used to seek evidence of disloyalty to a particular political party or office holder. Career federal workers swear an oath to the Constitution, not to any particular president or head of the department or agency where they work.
Trump added loyalty to the new Brie questions and they are searching through social media to see if they ever posted anti-Trump comments. Evidently, racist ones are ok as we saw with the DOGE employee.
Lawyers choices were to violate their oath, make specious arguments that could get them sanctioned, or get suspended for trying to do their job consistent with their oath. When you take a job like that you have to know going in "this is what I WON'T do" on day 1.
Law. Suits. Major class actions all over the place. Also go after people in civil court individually. Hit them in the wallet and kick up the process until midterms offer relief.
You have to present your claim to the agency first, then file after your claim is denied. If the agency doesn’t decide the claim in six months, then you can file directly in district court.
Leaving this here for no reason in particular:

My Cuban relatives witnessed loved ones be beaten and killed slowly because of the Castro Regime. That shit can happen here. America is not immune and we're fooling ourselves if we think we are.
Our courts are under attack, our social security, our economy, our federal institutions, our law firms, our immigrants… all under attack. The US Constitution itself is under attack! Tell me how this isn’t an attack on America and the US Constitution from within! Wake up Americans! Defend America!
Oh, yeah, now they resort to mehtods, that are forbidden in other countries. And the reason, they are forbidden are, that these methods give as many good as many false results.
Better than polygraph testing is probably to flip a coin, that’s at least honest.
Polygraphs are pseudoscientific bullshit. The way they work is the cops ask 100 people to take a polygraph (which produces meaningless results) and one guy splits town in the middle of the night. So really, they identify stupidity.
Using them is par for the course for this administration of idiots.

So good to see them.
But I would never out them.
So glad they were there.
It's Trump's 100th day in office and it's also Hitlers birthday.
Coincidence?
But I still don't see Trump as the Easter bunny...
It's a deadline Trump gave for a report on the "situation" at the border. It is assumed his yes-men will give him a report that says what he wants it to say, and give him the excuse he needs.
Need to keep on going on
It was not a playbook or a Bible, my dude, it was a cautionary tale.
