They should, they don’t always. One school I support had an ad hoc deep dive on day 2, the teacher was pulled out of class at 20 minutes notice, the HLTA who covered at short notice was visited by inspectors. Feedback was that her lesson wasn’t as strong as the 2 parallel classes 🙄
