Behold! The poor man’s fast idle circuit/throttle lock. My ‘75 CB750F doesn’t have a fast idle circuit in the carbs so on cold starts you have to either fiddle with the idle screw or manually hold the throttle for a few minutes until it warms up enough to idle by itself.
