Putin wants assurances? So does Ukraine.
So here’s my thought: Russia leaves ALL currently occupied Ukrainian territory. Ukraine ceases NATO path but carries on with EU path. Russia agrees in binding non-aggression pact that any force used against Ukraine allows NATO to automatically admit Ukraine.
