I was less than thrilled with the prospect of Biden because of age, but I had confidence in his advisors. The only big bungle was Garland, and not Garland not setting up a special counsel until two years into his tenure. We wouldn’t be here if Smith completed his investigation. (I am convinced.)!
Of course Joe did! But Trump, his wack administration & Fox News would have you believe he left the country in chaos. *Don't believe what you see with your own eyes. Believe what we tell you*
Hate to tell them otherwise, but since January 20, 2025 nothing has been achieved but Trump/Elon #chaos.
He always had a stutter. It's well known even as a young man. It has nothing to do with anything. And he brought the country out of a mess. And now not only is that all gone we are headed into the worst disaster since the civil war
We are the dumbest nation on the planet. Every day orange Shitler moves closer to a dictatorship, turning us into a 3rd world nation in the process. Our govt is openly racist, run by evil and stupid grifters. And all we can talk about is “Joe Biden was old”. We deserve what we are getting.
He pulled us out the pandemic and the economy came back with new jobs and high markets, just all around goodness. Our allies liked us and respected him as well. God bless Joe Biden for being the best president ever in history.
The idiot, at best, was an icon to keep the American machine chugging along a few kilometres more.
Nevermind the pissweak economic policy that laid the groundwork for Trump to mobilise disaffected morons. Or the half a million dead and displaced Palestinians.
No Dem bashing but uhhhhhhhhh....sure seems like several of them are bithibg saying Biden staying in is what brought us drumph.
Dems are outta touch rn
.. Hope you like potholes .. Stinky is "diverting" all the $$$$ he can to the Filthy Rich for "Tax Breaks" (Bribes) .. 5 TRILLION Stinky has Promised them .. Just like the Mob .. Pay your Bribe .. get your "Favor" ...
I agree with you 💯%! I love President Biden and first lady, Jill. Thank you for being a great president and working hard every day for the American people.
Biden was a great president, even if he does have cognitive issues: he's a good man with good instincts surrounded by the right people. trump is also declining due to age, but is the worst person in the world, with no morals or ethics surrounded by worst cabinet in history. Huge difference.
His administration wasn’t the best, but it was prosperous, and it did very well.
Comparing the Biden administration with the first 100 days of the fat orange man it’s like taking all the positive things in the Biden administration, turning them into negatives and then multiplying them by 1000
I agree completely, but for whatever reason (we don’t know if it was age or illness or whatever) he did not aggressively promote his policies and progress out in communities to counter the constant false narrative that the right wing media platformed and amplified through all the mediums. 1/
He did amazing stuff and polling showed the average person didn’t know about it. They only felt the inflation putting hardship on their families. That’s the DNC’s failure as a whole. Not just Biden’s communication & outreach on the ground & in communities. Door knocking in an election isn’t enough2/
Biden wasn’t running an aggressive and vigorous campaign and whatever limited bit that he did out in communities and speeches/rallies, supplemented by an all-star team of surrogates wasn’t wasn’t enough this election cycle. 2024 wasn’t 2020, & he needed to campaign like it wasn’t. 3/
They pushed the debate forward to try to and move the negative poll numbers. The debate had the opposite effect and Biden didn’t start campaigning like the house was on fire. He wasn’t campaigning to win. Forget age, illness, whatever, the problem was the campaign not his performance as president4/4
The only palace intrigue I’m interested in these books is who within the DNC, Biden admin, consultant, and campaign staff failed to not aggressively sell Biden’s agenda and the progress as aggressively as the right does, and who’s responsible for encouraging Biden to run again if he wasn’t up for it
And/or who’s responsible for such a shit campaign strategy and execution, and staying the course with the same approach when the poll numbers had been showing for months before the debate that more of the same wasn’t the thing. Those people need to go get one of the new manufacturing jobs.
He had a strong cabinet that supported the agencies under their watch. He got a highly qualified judge on the Supreme Court. He got the EU and England to back Ukraine as a collective. And the country has been better off with his roles in it. 🥰😇
Try and compare what Trump accomplished in his first term to what Biden did in his last term: You just can't! The only things that Trump does in record speed are bribes and destroying our social norms.
And he didn’t spend every waking moment boring a nation to tears pontificating about nothing. It’s so agonizing to listen to this idiot pontificate. I can’t imagine spending four hours listening to him on a golf course. My descendants have my permission to euthanize me at the first sign. 😎
Aside from the whole "ushering in fascism by valuing bipartisanship over justice and letting Republicans handle investigating and prosecuting Trump for an insurrection" and then the "funding and supporting a genocide" and "taking no actions to protect us from Trump" thing...he was pretty solid!
I would rather have an old man who treated people like they were his own children, then have in office a selfish and narcissistic president who only cares about filling his own pockets. President Biden did a lot for the United States, and we all should thank him for his service.
I miss Joe. We may have joked about gramps, but we miss him now. He had a lot to undo in his 4 yrs., did a great job, and it took a huge toll on him. I hope and pray for him to get well. I lost my sister to cancer lasty year.
When do we accept that it is not a situation where one side is good and the other bad. They can both be bad. Biden did his best but the truth is, he was too old, just as is Trump. Politics in general, in this country, is corrupt and beholden.
Couldn't agree more. I just thought, after that terrible debate - which was so bad it was almost impossible to watch - that he couldn't win. Never thought he didn't deserve to win.
I think the media had a lot to do with his hammering at the debate. First 3 minutes of that debate I said to myself, "Oh dear, Joe doesn't sound and look good at all. Why is he on that stage. He's about to have a rough night."
If the media had not hyperfocused on that one flaw......
It wrung my heart to watch and listen. But I thought there was no denying how frail, unsteady and bewildered he looked as the horrible thing came to a close.
My first political contribution, not much but what I could give, was to a campaign of his decades ago. Received a handwritten note of thanks.
None of us has ever had only perfect days. I knew what the outcome was going to be, so didn't watch beyond three minutes. But that in no way adjusted my view of him and his capabilities. He surrounded himself with a capable team. I was quite fine with that. His policies and economy were booming.
Turns out that he gave his life for the citizens of America.
Now people are out there still kicking Mr Biden.
He set aside a good retirement to pull you guys back from the brink. Another GOP disaster.
O'Rourke's pissy nattering shows his character.
President Biden actually accomplished more than the collective of preceding Presidents ever did. Trump is simply an insecure, narcissist with severe jealousy issues and a very fragile ego.
An amazing, skilled, insightful, expert in foreign affairs diplomat w/a heart of gold, yet a hide as tough as leather when appropriate. He made me proud no matter where he traveled & no matter to whom he spoke. Loyal, warm, compassionate, direct, honest, humorous. He's one of my favorite humans☘️.
💯 This man stepped back into the political arena for one reason. Love of this country and its people. He pulled us back from the edge of destruction, set this country firmly back on its feet.
I'll never forget it and will always love and respect him for it.
Yes. Except being terrified of Putin and consequently withholding arms needed by Ukraine to avoid irritating him. And of course genocide and other war crimes and crimes against humanity, of which he couldn't get enough. There was also the SCOTUS, which he didn't want to reform, so it no longer works
You weirdo neoliberals forget that Biden's economic recovery was only a recovery for people who already had money. More than half of Americans are struggling to keep up. Stop sucking the dick's of politicians who spend their time working for their donors. This is how the Dems lose. Again.
Biden is my favorite President as his demeanor, his hard work, his honesty, his negotiating skills, his legislative instincts, his integrity, his humility, his faith and his family relationships were outstanding. #LoveJoeBiden 🥹
After Clooney’s OpEd, I was prepared to vote for Biden even if he was in a coma because I knew that at a minimum he would put the correct people in the correct positions to run this country.
At least with Biden, we wouldn’t have a Sec of DOD texting war plans, a Sec of HHS swimming in bacteria & sewage & raising doubt abt vaccines while his kids are vaxed. We wouldn’t have alienated allies or had a VP attack (with lies) the Prez of war torn Ukraine, etc. Not enough characters to finish.
Thank you! The character limit forced me to stop the list but I needed to anyway because thinking about how screwed we are now vs. where we would be with President Biden - even ill now - makes me sick.
I’ll take a president who stumbles on words but stands firm on values, every time. He may trip on a sentence now and then...but at least he’s not tripping on power, delusion, or a courtroom threshold.
Man had cancer and most never knew it but he struggled to live and created legacy of growth.
Donald destroys everything.
Joe Biden helps everyone before he helped himself.
Joe out others ahead of self.
Don puts self ahead of others.
Big difference.
Not to be callous but with the amount of Americans with cancer forced to work to death because of bipartisan support of corporate greed… he should have either used what power he had to gut the republicans he laid the groundwork for or should have stepped aside to let somebody more radical do it.
Biden never looked out for anyone but himself unless he could win some votes, meanwhile Trumps voters actively support his screwing over others. One is worse than the other, but neither is remotely good (or even competently evil).
I do not control my holdings yet.
When retirement access granted I can begin withdrawals upon my holdings.
2027 and I will begin withdrawing funds at a rate most cannot grasp because I will fund grant publicly distributions directly.
Choice will be mine again.
Not since GOP stole control from me.
Biden never halted my public grants.
I have been issuing since 1973
I give away 50% of my annual dividends public grants every year since 1973
If public grant proposals submitted were funded
Donald halted all public grants
Not Biden
How much annual grants were halted?
Public grants $6 + trillion
I had stage 6 terminal cancer
I am a Democrat
His options given him were only ones he had
In our government it typically requires input from all within those holding power
GOP do you think at any time he had much choice in options?
Options less than mine
I have more options
President gets few choice
Biden had choice between getting screwed over or doing best option he could at any given moment.
GOP tried to screw US at every turn.
Stop blaming Biden.
I blame voters who failed to vote.
Harris lost by 1 in 70 votes.
Donald won by 1 in 70 votes.
If 1 more voted out of 70 he would not be.
Republicans used hatred to rig most into not voting.
Will every time.
Until we stand United we all loose against threat upon all of US.
GOP Nazi are Republicans in red hats.
Taking away millions whom need healthcare.
By tomorrow gone.
The thing Biden did well was hire really smart people who were good at their jobs. No scandals. Just steady competence and hard work. That’s what a leader does.
Do you love your country & freedom? Are you willing to step up, lose your slave wage jobs, starve, suffer, bleed, & die for it?
Serious business, put your money where your mouth is, speak loud, arm up, & show out. Right now, this country needs its people. Live free, be an American, & fight for it.

President Joe & First Lady Jill are Beloved💜💜💜🥰
Consider what he salvaged from Trump’s first term along with the fallout from the pandemic.
He did an outstanding job
To hear celebratory comments for a man’s cancer diagnosis certainly exposes the vile, evil creatures these people are.
Comparing the Biden administration with the first 100 days of the fat orange man it’s like taking all the positive things in the Biden administration, turning them into negatives and then multiplying them by 1000
Biden chose people with knowledge, abilities, and concern for the public good.
Trump chose a wrecking crew solely for their loyalty to dismantle an American government infrastructure he maligns as "the Deep State."

Also unforgivable that he pardoned his son after boasting that nobody in the US was above the law.
Despite his faults I wish him the best in his cancer battle.
…on GENOCIDE 😡😡😡

The TOP PRIORITY for his administration was making sure trump never returned to the White House, if they couldn't put him in jail - and they FAILED
All the other good things he did JUST. DON'T. MATTER.
