The Caspian Pipeline Consortium reported that crude oil flow to the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk is restricted after Ukrainian drones struck the Kropotkinskaya Pumping Station in the Krasnodar Krai region of Russia.

The pipeline sends oil from Kazakhstan to the Black Sea.
