This is VERY dangerous. "Less-lethal" weapons DO kill. Victoria Snelgrove, a 100% innocent bystander at a Red Sox celebration in 2004, died when a rubber bullet was shot directly at her face and entered her eye and brain. https://tinyurl.com/5n8tb5vc
