I suppose this aligns with their goal of cutting costs, unfortunately, at the expense of public health. Covering vaccines is clearly in insurers’ best interest, since prevention is far more cost-effective than treatment. Hopefully, both financial logic and common sense will prevail.

If their true concern is that it "might not be safe", then why would they restrict it to the most medically-vulnerable? If you have evidence that it's unsafe, produce that evidence so this dangerous vaccine won't be given to ANYONE.
