Oh dear...my reply to that would be VERY "brutal"...I mean, people want to defend a wanabe tyrant convicted of felonies, thats on them, but hell if I have to sit there and listen to it? You damn well better expect me to respond with my thoughts on the matter. (Assuming thats the topic)

I've gotten to the point with my dad that when he starts, I immediately correct inaccurate info and then say I'm not talking politics again with him today. If he continues, I leave, hang up, or whatever. Done tolerating it for "peace."

Mom usually gets on him cause she wants ppl to come over 🤷🏼‍♀️
