Russian attrition is different as their most modern airframes are dependent on imported avionics from Europe which are currently banned.

A country like America or China which has large domestic production and is not under such limitation would not have such problems.

Exactly. The US planned to make 750 F22s, but scaled back to to 195 because there was simply no need to make any more.

The US still has a sizeable semiconductor manufacturing base. Not everything is made in Taiwan.

Also, the F22 ended production years ago.

They won't is the point. Instead militaries will be conditioned to play it safe. Minimizing risk to such assets. Essentially they will try to conduct war in such a way that they can hold their assets back while trying to deplete their opponents then once they depleted bring theirs to bear fully.

That or scale production. The name of the game will be mitigating attrition.

Who ever can either replace or protect their assets the best wins. Finding the cheapest way to take your enemies assets off the board will be optimized for.
