Ukraine have just shown the weakness of having a massive country...and also, that hybrid warfare isn't always as effective as people might think. We lost electricity for a day here in Spain. Nothing happened. People quite liked having a "day off" media. Parents in the park TALKED to each other 🤣🤣

If I had to plan anything like that against a big adversary that has military bases on island or in remote areas, a few balloons with a pathogen or two that the air defenses blow up right above themselves seems like a nice, cheap and clean option, too.
