But because he's toothless and has zero role in parliament, he's actually turning out to be a very useful constituency MP, focusing on his local community.
Fix the system and the rest will fall into place.
So much of what has gone wrong over the years has been down to weird archaic rules.
In the real world, they wouldn't even qualify to be there or would have been sacked long ago.
What I’m really asking though, is not what should happen, but how do we make it happen.
The answer in my mind, is we force these changes by offering our votes for them.
